After 15 years in a previous location, KTI wanted an office that reflects the sophistication of their brand, inspires creativity and energizes their team. KTI caters to commercial, hospitality clients and luxury residential clients.

The entrance sets the tone with a striking curved reception desk and trophy case, evoking strong first impressions with clients and partners alike.

To foster collaboration and camaraderie, they designed open-concept pods and scattered lay tables throughout for quick team gatherings. Featured workstations, private office and meeting tables are from OFS’ Staks, Intermix and Nineteen20 collections. Natural light floods the space through floor-to-ceiling and clerestory windows, promoting productivity and well-being.

The large conference room has an all-white quartz conference table from Prismatique and walls to ensure client presentations shine, undisturbed by their surroundings.

Functionality was key, so they integrated numerous organizational solutions throughout, from the expansive material library featuring floor to ceiling shelves to storage within worktables from OFS’ Intermix collection, ensuring a clutter-free environment that enhances workflow efficiency.

In an interview with KTI founder and owner, Kimberly Timmons-Beutner, she said working with Design Resource Group and the selected manufacturers was great and we assisted with ideas, and options. Together we looked at over 20 stone top table options before making the final selection.  The new space is larger, but they already are running out of room for their talented design team. Having a hybrid schedule allows employees to be in the office 3 out of 5 days, when not traveling to see clients and oversee installations across the country. Kimberly sought the opinions of her employees, after all “It’s there office too and they had to have a hand in it.”
